We’re giving the gift of coaching

As a coach, I listen to a lot of individuals at different stages of their lives and their careers. It’s always a privilege to help them find their joy, reawaken their human spirit, and help them grow their companies and their teams.

In Zombies to Zealots: Reawaken the Human Spirit at Work, I write about coaching as a gift that leaders give themselves. It helps them embrace the concept of becoming a Change Agent, someone who genuinely wants to be a catalyst for change and do so in an impactful way, especially in moving the majority of your employee base from dispirited or just fine to engaged, inspired, exuberant culture champions.

At Pyramid Resource Group, our team of professional coaches believes wholeheartedly in the life-changing transformation individual coaching can create for leaders and teams. So much so, in fact, that to celebrate International Coaching Week May 7 to 13, we are going to provide one-hour free coaching sessions to eight individuals who participate in our study. We’re trying to understand the various reasons people believe they want or need coaching, so we’re asking the question. That’s it.

All you have to do is finish this sentence: “I would like to experience one-on-one coaching because …”

Email your response to admin@pyramidresource.com by Monday, May 7 at 5 p.m. We’ll share some of the responses (anonymously, of course) in our posts and on social media and we’ll contact those who have earned the free hour with our certified coaches.

You could experience what coaching could like for you, what it sounds like. You could be introduced to the concepts of identifying your enormous growth potential, your true passions in life, the joy in your work. And all it takes is a short email to open the door to that opportunity.

Happy International Coaching Week!
